We make every effort to
provide you with quality goods and a quality service, however
if you are not happy with your product for any reason, you
can return it to us for a refund, following the steps outlined
below.
You must let us know you wish to return any items within 7
days of receiving them.
You need to get in touch with us to receive a returns number,
we cannot process any refunds without this number.

The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of
the package. No return will be accepted without the number
visible. We cannot accept any returned items without prior
notification. The items must be returned to us within 7 days
of receiving the returns number.
All items must be returned as you received them from us with
all tags and packaging intact.
If you return an item to us to exchange you must cover the
cost of delivery back to us but there is no further charge
for the replacement delivery. If you are sending items back
for a refund then you must cover the cost of postage. In both
cases replacement goods or refunds will only be processed if
the above steps have been followed.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer so we recommend
you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature
on delivery.
If you have received an item which is faulty or sent by us
incorrectly, we will cover the cost of all postage.
